Jiyai Shin, a 21-year-old from South Korea, scored her second win of the season with the 2009 Wegmans LPGA on Sunday at the Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, N.Y. Although officially she's a rookie this season, she has managed five victories in the last 11 months.
